I booked the cabin for next year before I checked out. It couldn't have been better!



The cabin was wonderful for our family Christmas. They had all the amenities we needed and more.

Cabin was amazing. Very close to anything you wanna do. 5 of us stayed and slept comfortably. Absolutely loved it!!

Fantastic House!!!

Favorite thing about this stay: How close it was to everything but so private. This house is awesome! Favorite Memory: Having my girls together and enjoying everything this house had to offer. You though of all ages. When having things to do in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, the game, pool table, the PORCHES! Love the porches and all the seating. FIREPIT!! GRILL... Fining The Gnomes!!!

We had a fantastic time at the Buena Vista. The supplies provided (i.e. utensils, coffee makers, dish & cookware, blue-tooth speakers, amenities, etc) were superior to any vacation property we have ever rented. We could not believe everything that was prov ided with this cabin. (Except we could not find a wisk...that was our own private little joke) ;). Our entire group was very impressed and had nothing but compliments. The only comment was that the upstairs bed was a little stiff. Other than that we were e xtremely pleased and have already discussed renting this property again in the future. Thank You!

We did get a chance to see the bears. That was exciting!

Everything was perfect! We had 7 adults and first time visiting the Smokies. Easy directions, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. LOTS of room for sleeping. Says holds 10 but could sleep more. Seen a mama bear and 2 cubs in the yard. Seating all around t he outside was perfect for early morning coffee. Kitchen had crockpots and anything needed for cooking. It does have a lot of steps so not for handicap but ??????????

Had a great experience!

Best part of the whole trip was momma bear and her 2 cubs, we watched them play for hours. House was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful vacation!!

Our cabin was very clean and very family friendly! We will use American Patriot Getaways from now on.

Our family had not taken our annual mountain trip in 6 years and America Patriots help us make this trip happen this year. We hope to come back to TN again next year.

Was a great and comfortable cabin! Very close to Gatlinburg and the strip in pigeon forge but still felt isolated! Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! Was very clean and easy to fine! Would definitely stay there again!

This cabin is great!!! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. This cabin also has great wifi and is located right off the spur between PF and Gatlinburg. This is our 6th stay with APG and they never disappoint.

We really loved the cabin, loved the porch swing and the sunrise!

Thanks for putting us at Southern Sunrise while our cabin was out of power due to snow storm. You guys ROCK!! Can't wait until next time.

We got to see a family of bears. The cabin has amazing views, ping pong, foos-ball, cornhole, we had a blast. Christmas decor was right with the season.

Great house, Breat Views. There was a black bear climbing up the tree outside!

Stay was great, we did not have any issues needing addressed. Plan on booking property again for next year.

it is beautiful, was surprised when we arrived. It's so homey and everyone had their own space. Plus the closeness to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is good.

This cabin is the best place I have ever stayed. The cabin was beautiful and super clean, I have no complaints at all. I?m coming back next year for sure.

First time staying at Buena Vista, but faithful American Patriot Getaways. Big Big Big nice open floor plan.

We just wish the hot tub got a warmer than it did, but for our first time visiting. We had an outstanding time and experience.

House was great!

We explored Cades Cove, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and hiked Rainbow Falls. We checked out all of the classic cars in Pigeon Forge. Fabulous rental!

We stayed at the cabin and enjoyed all the features provided. During our stay we encountered a young black bear. It was our first time seeing one, so everyone was afraid and intrigued at the same time. The rental was phenominal. The location, featurs and every accessory was very enjoyable. We would definitely rent and recommend this cabin to everyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here my friends, kids and I loved it. I wish there were more towels but we brought our own so no biggie. I would definitely stay again.
